NOXCORE Store Policy

1. Product Information

All NOXCORE products are digital development assets designed for FiveM (QBCore / QBX / ESX) environments.

Please review the product description, framework compatibility, and installation guide before purchasing.

All files are tested and verified in a controlled environment before release.

2. Payments & Refunds

Agreement

All payments are securely processed through Tebex.io.
Once payment is completed, digital download access is granted immediately.

Refunds

Since products are digital, refunds are not typically available after download.

Refund requests may only be considered by Tebex Support under specific conditions:

Duplicate purchases
Payment system errors or unconfirmed transactions

Refund disputes must be handled directly through Tebex.
NOXCORE complies with Tebex's dispute resolution process.

3. Updates

All customers receive free access to updates for the purchased version.
Updates are distributed automatically via the Tebex authentication system.

Major reworks or feature overhauls may be released as separate products.

4. Technical Support

Discord Ticket System

You can request 1:1 support through the official NOXCORE Discord Server in the #ticket channel.

Please include the following when requesting support:

Tebex Order ID
Product name and issue description
Framework (QBCore / QBX / ESX) and FiveM build version

Support Hours:

Weekdays: 18:00 ~ 22:00 (KST)
Weekends / Holidays: Limited support available

Support Exclusions

Conflicts with third-party or modified resources
Self-made custom edits or unofficial modifications
Purchases outside Tebex
Shared or redistributed copies

5. License Agreement

Purchases grant rights for one (1) server or network per license.

Unauthorized distribution, resale, or modification of NOXCORE resources is prohibited and may result in license termination and DMCA enforcement.

For team purchases, one shared server instance is permitted under a single license.

6. Prohibited Actions

Redistributing or selling outside Tebex
Reselling modified or repackaged versions
Releasing as open-source content
Extracting or decompiling internal source code

7. Disclaimer of Liability

All products are provided "as is."

NOXCORE is not responsible for any data loss, server instability, or issues arising from the use or misuse of our scripts.

We strongly recommend regular backups and testing environments before deployment.

8. Policy Updates

NOXCORE may revise or supplement this policy at any time.
The latest version will always be available via Tebex product pages or Discord announcements.

Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
